Profile
Above of all, Miklós is a devoted father and husband. ‘Family first’ is his motto, which he also runs with when he speaks with friends, candidates, clients or colleagues.
Secondly: he is truly unique in that he has a strategic mindset, thrives in (on?) adrenalin-driven operations and has an insatiable appetite for curiosities and novelties.
Last, but not least, he has the combination of over twenty-five years of professional experience filled with branding, communication, employer branding, executive headhunting, organizations strategies and mind challenging sessions.
And as a person? Well, he is definitely not a typical man, according to his daughter and son. He doesn’t watch or speak about F1 or football like most fathers do.
But he does like chick movies, reads over 20 books a year, do various extreme sports, runs marathons, and is increasingly addicted to coffee and travel.
